Iced Canadian Tea Latte: A Festive Brew for Canada Day
Winnie Tsang - June 23, 2017
Celebrate the summer and Canada 150 with a delicious cup of Iced Canadian Tea Latte! Here's what you need to get started:
- Murchie's Canadian Breakfast Tea
- Sugar or maple syrup
- Milk or non-dairy substitute of your choice
- Ice
This recipe is for one serving, but it's easy to double up or even make a pitcher! Remember, all proportions can be modified to your taste.
How to Brew Your Own
1. Brew about half a cup of Murchie's Canadian Breakfast Tea at double strength.
2. Mix in sugar or maple syrup as desired. Adding directly to the hot tea helps the sugar dissolve.
3. Fill your serving cup about 2/3 with ice 4. Pour the strong tea over the ice (ice will melt and dilute the extra strong tea).
5. Top up with cold milk or the non-dairy product of your choice
6. Enjoy!
