Easy Gourmet Spiced Hot Chocolate

This spice-laden concoction has a richness that will beat the cold weather blues. No steeping, tempering or stirring until all lumps are gone - this is an instant satisfaction hot chocolate recipe.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of Hot Chocolate
1/4 teaspoon of Ginger Chai Masala (modify amount of spice to taste) Boiling water
PREPARATION
- Scoop the Ginger Chai Masala into an 8-12 ounce mug.
- Add the boiling water to the mug to half full.
- Add the Hot Chocolate and stir. Fill your mug the rest of the way with boiling water. Stir once more and enjoy!
Tip: For a festive, grown-up version add your favorite liqueur like rum, whiskey, or kahlua.
