Classic Egg Cream

We love a treat anytime but especially a chocolate treat at Easter, and this soda fountain classic “egg cream” would make anybunny smile at Easter brunch. Served in a tall frosty glass, it's satisfyingly both chocolatey and refreshing! Try this recipe for a Murchie’s version.

Classic Egg Cream



  1. Add the milk to a tall 12oz glass.
  2. Add ice if you like.
  3. Slowly add the seltzer.
  4. Dissolve one packet of Murchie’s Hot Chocolate Mix into 2oz of hot water.
  5. Add the mixture to the milk.
  6. Stir.

Great with our classic Hot Chocolate, or try with our White Chocolate or Mint Chocolate for a new favourite!
