This alluring blend of white and green teas is as beautiful to look at as it is to sip! Delicate White Peony forms a light and sweet base with typical floral and peachy notes while fragrant Jasmine green tea imparts a light scent and flavour. The addition of butterfly pea flowers yields a striking blue liquor, adding an intruiging visual element to the tea drinking experience.
Blue Jasmine is excellent both as a hot tea and an iced tea. It can be enjoyed either neat or with the addition of milk and sweetener. There are many fun recipes to try at home with Blue Jasmine: milk tea with honey and ginger, iced with lemon (it turns purple with lemon!), or in tea cocktail recipes.

I love this tea. The blue colour is a surprise but add a teaspoon of lemon or orange juice and the beautiful purple and added citrus sparkle will delight you. Be careful not to over steep this tea unless you want the more green flavour and teal colour of the jasmine to come forward. Also wonderful with milk and honey. Sweet and creamy flavour will satisfy you. The scent is so filled with floral aroma that I often linger with my nose over the cup inhaling before a sip. A perfect tea for serving and surprising friends. I highly recommend you indulge yourself with this tea.
