Classic White Peony and grassy Sencha form the perfect base for Murchie's own aromatic Chai Spice Blend. Cinnamon and cardamom add sweetness, ginger and peppercorn add zest, and fennel and anise add a toasty savouriness.
White Chai is excellent as a hot tea and can be enjoyed either neat or with the addition of milk and sweetener. This delicate alternative to the typical, everyday chai makes for a great cuppa when in need of a boost any time of day.

This loose tea is beautiful to see even before steeping! In the cup, it has such an aromatic sweetness that I was almost convinced I'd added sugar in a daze, but I believe it's just the beautifully-balanced spices that give a wonderful natural sweetness. Warming, delicately spiced, and with a light and pleasing fragrance and flavour. An ideal tea for chilly days.
