Large Item Handling Fee

We have recently decided to add a handling fee onto certain items for online orders. This primarily affects gift baskets, as they require special care and packaging to arrive to you in an appreciable condition. Their large size also significantly increases shipping costs. This handling fee is not discounted by our free shipping promotions.

The decision to add this fee, instead of simply increasing the price or removing baskets from our online store, was made to accommodate many of our local customers who enjoy browsing our site before visiting one of our locations. We firmly believe in a consistent experience throughout our online and physical stores.
