For use in mulling wine and cider, but can also be used to make non-alcoholic beverages or in cooking.
Each package contains 3oz / 85g of Mulling Spice Blend.
Recipe
2 tablespoons of mulling spice to 4 cups of liquid (we recommend black tea, apple cider, red wine, cranberry or pomegranate juice, with or without a splash of brandy or cognac)
Simmer for approximately 15 - 30 minutes; longer simmering times will produce more flavour.
Murchie's Mulling Spice Blend is an amazingly aromatic concoction of cinnamon, allspice, cloves, orange peel, lemon peel, nutmeg, and star anise, perfectly blended together.
