Italian Kitchen Blend
Oregano, basil, garlic and onion powder.

This blend of Mediterranean herbs is often mixed in tomato based dishes, but works well with fish and vegetables, soups and egg dishes such as frittatas.
Mix with a touch of oil and spread on split pita breads...cook for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Makes great pita toasts...use for dips or with soup and salads.
Antioxidants
Spices are naturally high in antioxidants, with levels comparable to many fruits and vegatables. Cloves, organo, ginger and turmeric were found to have the highest levels.
